Richard O. Blucher, age 57, of San Antonio, died Wednesday, November 1, 1989. Survivors: Wife, Peggy G. Blucher; sons, Robert F. "Bobby", Houston, TX; George Blucher and Richard "Rick" Blucher; daughter Rebecca "Becca" Leader, all of San Antonio; mother, Margaret Blucher, Austin, TX; brother, Charles Blucher, New Mexico; sister, Alice Marie Blucher, Germany; two grandchildren.
