BIVINS

Mrs. William T. Bivins, age 75, of Pleasanton, died Thursday, October 25, 1990. Mrs. Bivins was a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Del Rio and a former member of Trinity Episcopal in San Antonio. She was also a member of Chapter H - P.E.O., the Spade and Trowel Garden Club in San Antonio, the Morning Glory Garden Club in Del Rio, the San Antonio Conservation Society and D.R.T. Mrs. Bivins operated the W.T. Bivins and Son Insurance Agency. Survivors: daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Wesley Ingram, Del Rio, TX; grandchildren, John Thomas Ingram, William Fraser Ingram, Carrissa Ingram; brother and sister-in-law, John and Winifred Fraser, Pleasanton, TX.
