Mrs. Julia V. Harper, age 84, of 1015 W. French Pl., died Monday. She was the former wife of Harlan Harper, pioneer daryman of Bexar County; member of Woodlawn United Methodist Church. Survivors: Sons, James Elton , San AntonioHarper; daughters, Helene Wheeler, CA., and Harriet Brodie, Killeen, TX; step-daughters, Gwen Cartwright, Joan Klarerner, both of San Antonio; 7 grandchildren; brother, Harlan Harper, Jr., Garland, TX; sister, Dorothy Nell McDermott, Dallas, TX.
