TOGETHER AGAIN MR. & MRS. ARTHUR L. HARPER JR. Patricia Lee Harper, 87, passed away May 10, 2006. She was preceded in eternal life by her beloved husband of 62 years Arthur L. Harper Jr. Mrs. Harper was one of the first graduates of Jefferson High School; she attended St. Mary's University, and became a teacher for the San Antonio Independent School District. She loved her family, art, reading, and good food. The daughter of William and Frances Lee, she loved painting in the Texas hill country when she was a child. She later majored in art and education. She also wanted to follow in her mother's footsteps and teach. She is survived by her brother, Dr. Jack B. Lee of Beaumount, daughters, Suzanne Bayer and Dianne Barnes, of Houston, son Arthur Lee Harper of Whittier, CA. Grandsons, Jeff Hill, of Houston, Trey Bayer, of Houston, and Brian Bayer of Austin. Great Grand Children Austin and Jack Hill of Houston. A service and reception will be at Coker Cemetery (231 E. North Loop Rd.) Saturday May 20, at 11 AM.
