Mrs. Lola M. Townsend of Rt. 16, Box 295, died Sunday. She was a member of Coker United Methodist Church. Survivors: Husband, S. E. Townsend; brother, Clayton Maltsberger, San Antonio; niece, Mrs. Joan Cosper, Comfort, and a host of friends. Service Wednesday at 11 o’clock in the Georgian Chapel of the Porter Loring Mortuary, the Rev. G. Robert Grimes officiating. Pallbearers: Ed Cosper, Refugio Escholera, James Alston, Royce Jones, Henry Haag, Robert Townsend. Honorary Pallbearers: Ray Williams, Author Nagel, Lois Odom, W. W. Harrison.
